Alignerr is seeking a French Generalist Voice Actor for an AI training project. This fully remote, hourly contract role requires delivering clear, expressive French performances and evaluating AI-generated speech.

You will provide feedback to improve synthetic voice quality and may refine scripts for natural delivery. Applicants should be native or near-native French speakers with prior voice work and access to a professional recording setup.

Qualifications

• Full fluency in spoken French—native or near-native.
• Experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, or comparable audio-focused work.
• Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, controlled recording environment.
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances.

Responsibilities

• Record clear, expressive, high-fidelity French audio using provided scripts and prompts.
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, accuracy, tone, and expressiveness.
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to help improve synthesized voice quality.
• Review and refine scripts as needed to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
