Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of outbound sales experience in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in SaaS/tech.
• Strong cold-calling, lead gen, prospecting, and appointment-setting.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with prospecting tools.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and meet sales targets.
• Remote work readiness and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Engage prospects in English and French; tailor messaging by market.
• Identify and qualify B2B leads per ICPs.
• Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
• Research target companies and decision-makers; develop personalized outreach.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and activity records.
• Nurture relationships to generate opportunities; meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to improve outreach strategies.
