American Logistics Authority is hiring for an Entry-Level Freight Dispatcher (Remote). This role offers strong income potential with weekly pay of 2,200 to 3,000 and an annual earnings range of 114,400 to 156,000.

The position focuses on dispatching tasks, rate negotiation, and back-office support, all performed remotely from your home office. Responsibilities include booking freight, negotiating rates, scheduling drivers, coordinating routes, and providing support to drivers on the road.

Qualifications

• Must understand dispatching basics and rate negotiation.
• Experience with load boards, scheduling, and paperwork.
• Able to recruit and retain owner-operators.
• Comfortable handling back-office tasks such as invoicing and documentation.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Ready to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Book freight through load boards and direct shippers
• Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers to maximize profits
• Schedule drivers, manage routes, and confirm delivery appointments
• Provide full support to drivers while on the road
• Handle back-office work: rate confirmations, carrier packets, invoicing, and compliance documents
• Recruit and maintain relationships with qualified owner-operators
