Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, transportation coordination, or freight brokerage.
• Familiarity with flatbed/open-deck freight operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and document-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch trucks and communicate pickup, transit, and delivery details to drivers.
• Monitor shipment progress and maintain accurate status records.
• Track appointments, schedules, and driver updates in company systems.
• Maintain communication with drivers regarding status and documentation needs.
• Ensure load assignments meet shipment specs and review documentation for completeness.
