Job summary

4Leaf Services seeks elite, self-sufficient Independent Agents to operate cradle-to-grave for their own business. You will price, book, track, and close loads autonomously while expanding relationships with direct shippers.

As a 1099 contractor, you enjoy 100% remote flexibility and can work from anywhere in the United States, with no mandatory training and full back-office support from the company.

Qualifications

• Active Book of Business: Must have at least one active, direct shipper customer ready to move freight on day one.
• Proven Track Record: At least 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales (with transferable accounts) and carrier dispatch experience.
• Fully Experienced: Zero training is provided. You must know how to price, book, track, and close out loads autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow your existing relationships with direct shippers.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle: pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.
