Job summary

4Leaf Services is a brand-new freight brokerage seeking elite Independent Agents to operate autonomously from a home office across the United States. You will manage direct shipper relationships, price, book, track, and close loads with no internal competition and with full back-office support.

As a 1099 contractor, you enjoy flexible remote work, open territory, and the freedom to run your business your way, while you access insurance and required cargo coverage provided by the platform.

Qualifications

• Active book of business with at least one direct shipper ready to move freight on day one.
• Verifiable experience: 6 months as a 1099 independent freight agent or 2+ years in freight brokerage sales with transferable accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing relationships with direct shippers.
• Manage the complete load lifecycle: pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload.
