Freight Broker / Freight Agent (100% Commission-Based)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Compensation: 100% Commission — Unlimited Earning Potential Industry: Freight Brokerage / Logistics / 3PL
All candidates must demonstrate strong freight agents and/or B2B sales experience!
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking motivated, results-driven Freight Agents who are ready to build and grow in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment. This is a commission-only position best suited for professionals who are comfortable leading their own sales efforts and are eager to create meaningful results.

Key Details:
100% Commission Structure – Your income is directly tied to your performance, with unlimited potential.
Lead Support to Start – We’ll provide an initial lead sheet to help you get going, but long-term success depends on your ability to develop and grow your own network.
Work from Anywhere – This role is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to operate from wherever you’re most productive.
Independent, Not Isolated – While you’ll manage your own accounts, you’ll have access to support and tools that set you up to succeed.
Ownership and Clarity – You’ll have the autonomy to develop and manage customer relationships under our platform, with full operational and back-office support.
Please note: All customer relationships and accounts established while under contract remain the property of the brokerage.
Ideal Candidate:
A strong background in B2B sales is required, with a proven ability to bring in new business
Skilled at cold calling, outbound outreach, and lead generation, these will be required within a defined time frame
Comfortable sourcing, managing, and closing their own leads
Skilled at building relationships and independently managing a sales pipeline
Organized, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent service
Goal-oriented and entrepreneurial in mindset
Relationship-building is at the core of this role, we’re looking for professionals who know how to create trust and long-term partnerships.
