Job summary

We Are Rosie is seeking a freelance Video Editor to elevate a client’s digital presence with engaging social-first content. The editor will blend raw footage with licensed stock, add dynamic text, charts, and motion graphics to tell high-stakes financial stories.

The role is remote for 3 months with a 20 hr/week schedule, starting 10/5/26, at a rate of $70–$80/hr, with potential extension depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing social-first content.
• Advanced animation skills to bring assets to life.
• Ability to translate complex information into visually appealing, digestible video assets.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally within financial services or high-profile corporate branding.
• Strong communication and remote, in-house collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video content tailored for social media, digital advertising, and web platforms.
• Seamlessly blend existing brand footage with licensed stock assets to maintain visual consistency.
• Design and implement motion graphics, charts, and text overlays that simplify complex financial concepts.
