Job summary

Coalition Technologies is seeking a remote, freelance content creator. You will produce photo and video assets for digital marketing, shoot your own content, and deliver against briefs with revisions as needed.

You’ll manage timelines, stay on top of social media trends, and collaborate with project managers. This is a project-based role with pay per assignment, typical weekly pay dates.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of photography, videography, video production, or content creation experience.
• Online portfolio or PDF showing current work and brand storytelling ability.
• Ability to shoot high-quality photo and video content independently.
• Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar apps/software.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and memorizing scripts when needed.
• Strong understanding of social media content, digital marketing, and platform best practices.
• Own camera, lighting, microphone, and related production equipment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
• Openness to feedback and collaboration.

Job description

• Create high-quality photo and video assets for digital marketing campaigns across websites, paid ads, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and other channels
• Shoot your own video and photography content based on creative briefs
• Act as on-screen talent when needed, including memorizing scripts
• Handle content production from concept to filming, editing, and final delivery
• Create short-form videos, reels, social posts, product reviews, unboxings, try-on videos, lifestyle content, and photography assets
• Submit content by assigned deadlines and complete revisions if needed
• Communicate with project managers and implement feedback
• Stay current with social media trends, tools, formats, and platform best practices
• This is not an influencer posting role — content is used by clients on their own channels
• Remote, freelance, project-based contractor role; project managers send briefs with details, deliverables, deadlines, and payment information, and you can accept or decline each project
• Payment varies by assignment, with most projects ranging from $50 to $500 depending on scope; pay dates are every Friday for assignments approved by Wednesday of the same week
