Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in product and visual design
• Solid understanding of UX principles, including user research, usability testing
• Ability to own features or tracks of work with minimal oversight
• Comfortable leading or contributing to discovery phases with strategy and engineering
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, Mac environment
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Harvest)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, team-first mindset
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage your own time in a fast-paced, remote work environment
• Bonus: experience in client-facing or agency settings

Responsibilities

• Digital Product Design (Web & App): Shape intuitive experiences using research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• User Research & Discovery: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform feature planning
• User Experience (UX): Apply journey mapping, user flows, and usability testing
• Visual Design: Lead visual direction across projects, creating layouts for product and marketing
• Presentation Collateral: Design decks and visuals for clients and stakeholders
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering and product teams during handoff
• Additional Design Support: Create case studies, marketing assets, and content design for social media
