Job summary

Coda Search│Staffing is seeking a talented Poster Designer for flexible, ad hoc creative support, primarily remote. This opportunity suits freelancers, agencies, or creatives seeking project-based work around other commitments.

You will design posters in Adobe Creative Suite, translate technical healthcare content into clear visuals, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet project objectives and brand standards. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing posters in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop.
• Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
• Experience working with complex or technical content.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, CRO, clinical research, or life sciences experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and respond to projects on an as-needed basis.
• Must have your own computer/equipment capable of supporting Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be comfortable working evenings and/or weekends when needed.
• Candidates currently working full-time are welcome to apply if they have availability outside of standard working hours.

Responsibilities

• Design professional, visually engaging posters using Adobe Creative Suite
• Translate complex healthcare, pharmaceutical, clinical, or scientific information into clear and compelling visual materials
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop posters that meet project objectives and brand standards
• Make revisions and updates based on stakeholder feedback
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines as assignments arise
