Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years professional graphic design experience.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop retail packaging for in-line and clip strip products.
• Create packaging layouts that maximize shelf impact and shopper engagement.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across product categories.
• Translate briefs into visual solutions including icons, graphics, and logos.
• Prepare print-ready artwork files with die lines, bleeds, color profiles, and typography standards.
• Coordinate with overseas production teams and suppliers to ensure artwork accuracy.
• Maintain and evolve brand style guides and ensure consistency across materials.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Buying, Graphics, and Production teams.
