Prolific Academic Ltd. is seeking a freelance Environment Artist for an AI training project. Work remotely to license and prepare 3D scenes/assets for data spec compliance, focusing on rendering, lighting, and texturing.

Applicants should have 3D/VFX experience in games/film, proficiency with major tools, and be comfortable with flexible, ad hoc hours. This role is remote and project-based, with hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 3D, Technical or VFX Artist or Compositor in games, film or digital production.
• Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity & Houdini, Maya / Blender / Cinema4D and similar.
• Expertise in rendering, lighting and texturing.

Responsibilities

• Licence existing works from archives for a flat fee.
• Technical processing including rendering, layering, and preparing files to data specs.
• Make variations to scenes and re-render as needed.
