HH Global Group is seeking a Creative Producer to manage the end-to-end production of high-volume B2B ad assets for Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and more. This remote contract role acts as the traffic controller, coordinating internal and external teams to quickly translate briefs into platform-ready creatives.

You’ll own asset pipelines, ensure on-time delivery, and adapt content based on weekly performance data to curb ad fatigue while maintaining quality at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years freelancing/contracting as a digital ad producer in B2B SaaS/tech/performance agencies.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok, and Reddit ad specs and user behaviors.
• Masterful project management using tools like Asana, Monday, or ClickUp.
• Familiarity with Google/YouTube, TikTok, Reddit specs and best practices.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Asset Production: manage creation of B2B ad assets from brief to delivery.
• Pipeline Management: own weekly creative production queue and ensure timely output.
• Google Ads Asset Coordination: assemble assets for Performance Max and Demand Gen.
• Platform-Native Formatting: ensure assets meet TikTok and Reddit specs.
• Rapid Iteration: coordinate quick-turn production of hooks/variations based on data.
