Outlier is hiring freelance OpenClaw Agent Builders to shape the future of autonomous agents. Work remotely with flexible hours, typically 5–10 hrs/week, up to 40 hrs. Rates vary by expertise, with a maximum of $50 USD/hr, paid via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM.

You’ll join projects that train LLMs to design and coordinate complex agent workflows. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration, and can deliver production-grade software with modular

Formación

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Practical experience in live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
