You'll help shape autonomous agents, write evaluation rubrics, debug traces, and stress-test complex workflows. This role rewards detail, real-world experience, and the ability to deliver production-grade software in live environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience in live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail with the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience with live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and various APIs.
