Job summary

Zekai is seeking a FreeCAD Expert with BIM and IFC focus for a remote contractor role. You will use FreeCAD to build and modify architectural and engineering models and document your workflows step by step to support AI training tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with BIM workflows in architectural/engineering contexts.
• Ability to interpret and implement IFC standards for model exchanges.
• Familiarity with architectural modeling, 3D CAD and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify 3D CAD and BIM models using FreeCAD.
• Work with architectural elements, building structures, and IFC files.
• Develop and validate BIM models using FreeCAD's BIM tools.
• Troubleshoot modeling issues and improve IFC compatibility.
• Complete advanced FreeCAD BIM tasks and explain workflows step by step.
• Create clear instructions and detailed prompts for BIM and IFC workflows.
