Job summary

Pink Elephant, a venture builder focused on mental health, seeks a fractional CFO to design the financial architecture across jurisdictions, govern capital movement, and ensure treasury and compliance readiness.

You will work with founders and external counsel, build holding structures, manage transfer pricing, KYC/AML readiness, and develop FP&A tooling and dashboards.

This remote role is part-time with international time-zone alignment and reports to the founders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on structuring of multi-jurisdiction groups.
• Experience with BEPS/ATAD/CRS and transfer pricing.
• Ability to work with founders and external advisors.
• Proven treasury and cash management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design corporate structure and tax architecture.
• Set up holding structures across 2–4 jurisdictions.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and banking relationships.
• Deliver management reporting and FP&A.
• Lead due-diligence materials for investors.
