Job summary

The Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist supports grants management, financial forecasting, and budget administration for NDWA, serving as a liaison between Finance and Development.

This role operates remotely in the U.S. and coordinates with Care in Action across entities.

Responsibilities

• Manage grant budgets and reporting for NDWA and Care in Action
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare and maintain budget templates and cost allocations
• Coordinate with Programs, Development, and Finance for grant alignment
• Maintain filing system for grant agreements and reporting
• Prepare journal entries and month/quarter closings
• Support cross-entity transfers and cost-sharing allocations
• Produce monthly variance reports and variance analysis
