• Strong judgment to identify plausible but incorrect answers.

Responsibilities

• Review and QA AI-agent rollouts in Financial Forecaster. Judge agent answers against the actual model and documents.
• Identify failure modes where agents succeed too easily or fail wrongly.
• Improve realism by refining task prompts to reflect authentic FP&A work.
• Update grading guidance to ensure correct answers pass and wrong ones fail, including gating failures.
• Catch plausible-but-wrong answers that a non-expert reviewer might miss and ensure consistency.
