Des Moines, IA-based role on CuraCor's Financial Monitoring & Analysis team supports a portfolio of healthcare-focused entities. You will develop recurring reports, perform trend analyses, and provide insightful commentary to leadership to guide strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. This hybrid role offers collaboration with CureCor and Blue Cross NC finance teams to drive financial clarity and execution.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or FP&A in a corporate setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills suitable for non-finance partners.
Highly organized, able to meet recurring monthly deadlines and handle short-turnaround requests.
Team-oriented; capable of collaborating across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting with accuracy and clarity.
Variance Analysis: Analyze results vs. budget/forecast and summarize drivers.
Ad Hoc Financial Analysis: Build models and scenarios to answer business questions.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting and reforecasting efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Finance partners for timely updates.
Process Improvement: Maintain and improve templates and models for efficiency.
Accuracy & Ownership: Ensure data integrity and traceability of assumptions.
