Qualifications

• Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and boards.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models and analyses for business planning.
• Monitor performance and report insights to leadership.
• Own workforce cost planning, payroll, and cost controls.
• Support CFO with KPIs and audit processes.
