Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an FP&A Consultant to support a Strata implementation, focusing on data reconciliation, data entry, and documentation creation. This role involves heavy data work with accuracy and may later include reporting and light system administration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, at least 5 years of accounting experience, and experience with Workday. CPA and healthcare industry background are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with Workday is required.
• Ability to apply financial data from accounting to business needs.
• Strata experience is a plus.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• CPA is a plus.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Strata implementation on a day-to-day basis.
• Reconcile payroll and accounting actuals and related data.
• Perform high-volume, accurate data reconciliation and data entry.
• Create documentation such as SOPs and process documents.
• Support reporting activities as needed.
• Assist with light system administration work if required.
