Nearmap, a leader in aerial imagery and geospatial analytics, seeks an FP&A Analyst / Business Partner to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for US operations and technology teams. You will partner with senior leaders to translate data into actionable insights and support strategic decisions.

The role requires strong analytics, modeling, and Excel skills, with experience in SaaS or subscription businesses preferred.

Qualifikationen

• FP&A and Business Partner experience
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders
• Experience with Adaptive Insights and NetSuite is highly regarded
• SaaS or subscription business experience viewed favorably

Aufgaben

• Support and lead budgeting and forecasting for US-based Operations and Technology & Product leadership teams, including preparation and presentation of results
• Identify and track key operational metrics to measure leading indicators of performance
• Provide management reporting and monthly analysis with insights and trends
• Develop and maintain robust forecasting processes for real-time visibility of key metrics
• Own close of monthly segment ledgers and provide analytical insights into trends
• Coordinate with segment leadership and Director FP&A for month-end reviews
• Prepare US-based financial results focusing on variance to Budget and Forecast
• Prepare board papers and executive presentations with management insights
• Manage expense modeling (HC and non-HC) ensuring input/output accuracy
• Provide modeling support, insights and recommendations when required
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecast by updating model data
• Challenge business assumptions and validate corporate assumptions
• Drive reporting improvements through automation
• Implement data/process changes to meet exec and Board requirements
• Ensure compliance with local laws and company Code of Conduct
