Qualifications

• Established relationships in the SF Bay Area startup ecosystem.
• Experience as founder, operator, investor, advisor, accelerator leader, consultant, recruiter, or partnerships professional.
• Strong judgment on founder fit, timing, confidentiality, and consent.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior professionals.
• Ability to manage a relationship pipeline independently.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with founders, operators, investors, accelerators, and startup advisors in SF Bay Area.
• Identify founders whose companies fit current qualification criteria.
• Hold initial conversations to understand company, stage, goals, and needs.
• Obtain permission before introductions or sharing contact information.
• Provide concise context so the internal team can prepare for discussions.
• Maintain timely records of outreach, introductions, status, and follow-ups.
• Represent the organization accurately without promising funding or outcomes.
