Job summary

Northeast Center for Youth & Families in Easthampton is seeking foster parents to work from home and make a lasting difference in a child’s life. You will engage in weekly visits with Case Managers and participate in monthly and quarterly care plan meetings with the care team.

A weekly tax-free stipend ranges from $466 to $1244, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Training is provided at no cost, and a supportive Foster Care team will assist with home needs.

Qualifications

• Home safety up to date (bathroom, running water, etc)
• Ability to pass criminal and DCF background checks
• Agency provided First Aid/CPR Certification and other trainings after onboarding

Responsibilities

• Engage in weekly visits with Case Managers
• Attend monthly visits with Resource Specialists
• Attend quarterly care plan meetings with the whole care team
• Inform staff of incidents and concerns with the children in your care
• Administer medications, if needed, and keep daily logs
