Job summary

The Northeast Center for Youth & Families is seeking a Foster Parent for a remote position in Massachusetts. You will provide in-home support, participate in care planning, and maintain daily logs while collaborating with a dedicated foster care team to ensure the wellbeing of children in your care.

Qualifications

• Home safety standards up to date (bathroom, water, etc).
• Ability to pass criminal and DCF background checks.
• Agency-provided First Aid/CPR certification and trainings after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Engage in weekly visits with Case Managers.
• Attend monthly visits with Resource Specialists.
• Attend quarterly care plan meetings with the care team.
• Inform staff of incidents and concerns with children in care.
• Administer medications if needed and keep daily logs.

• $1,500.00 Sign-On Bonus! Upon placement of a Foster Care youth, $750.00 is paid after 6 consecutive months of active employment and $750.00 after 12 consecutive months of active employment. Certain retention timeframes do apply.
