Job summary

Atlas Technica is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to act as a senior, client-facing technical advisor. The role focuses on technical discovery, gap analyses, and modernization opportunities across infrastructure, security, cloud, and IT operations for hedge funds and investment firms.

You will translate findings into actionable roadmaps, collaborate with sales, solutions, and engineering teams, and participate in remote or onsite engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, systems engineering, solution architecture, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to understand infrastructure, security posture, and business requirements.
• Document assessment findings, risks, and proposed improvement initiatives in a clear, structured manner.
