Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a role embedded with our most strategic customers to design tailored solutions, from brainstorming architectures to building full-scale integrations. You’ll own complex, high-impact projects and work hands-on with customer teams to deliver results that push the limits of our AI platforms.

This remote-first position can be executed from anywhere in the United States, with a preference for New York or San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Experience working with customers to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python, software design, architectures, and APIs integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of major projects for strategic partners, delivering high-impact solutions hands-on.
• Collaborate daily with our customers’ engineers and executives to optimize use of ElevenLabs technologies.
• Use coding and technical expertise to drive real innovation and measurable customer outcomes.
