Healthcare Marketing Partnership Work directly with marketing and marketing-operations stakeholders to understand goals, current workflows, delays and decision points. Apply healthcare payer, member and consumer context to campaign, audience, journey, offer, content and measurement decisions. Account for privacy, consent, communication preferences, contact policies, approvals and human accountability. Product & Solution Design Convert ambiguous business needs into a clear user problem, measurable outcome, constraints and priorities. Design the customer journey, process, roles, handoffs, decisions, system touchpoints and feedback loop together. Compare native platform capability, deterministic automation, agentic components and custom services using value, risk, cost and scale. Build thin working prototypes, test with users and recommend whether to scale, change or stop. Agentic Solution Engineering Use ChatGPT or Claude effectively for discovery, analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing and correction - not only content generation. Build working agentic solutions using an API or SDK, structured outputs and at least one tool or enterprise interface. Apply appropriate patterns for context, retrieval, function calling, MCP-style integration, state, memory and error handling. Define evaluation, guardrails, human approval, traceability, fallback, monitoring, latency and usage-cost controls. Enterprise Engineering & Scale Develop and review working software in a modern language such as Python, TypeScript, Java or C#. Design APIs, authentication, schemas, data pipelines, batch and event-driven integrations with clear data-quality controls. Address identity, security, reliability, performance, scalability, cost, supportability and operational ownership. Guide deployment, DevSecOps, observability, support and prototype-to-production decisions. Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer Facilitate design reviews, communicate trade-offs and influence business and technical ways of working. Mentor engineers and work effectively with enterprise architects and platform specialists without replacing their accountabilities. Document solution components, decisions, integrations, controls and the production transition path. Success Measures: Shorter time from business need to validated solution evidence, measured against an agreed baseline. Working prototypes meet defined functional, quality, safety and user-acceptance criteria. Solutions have a clear production path, operational ownership, controlled usage cost and stakeholder adoption.
