Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + at least two years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building and deploying applications used by real users.
• Experience working with nontechnical stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, version control, testing, and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders and construction teams to understand workflows and define measurable outcomes.
• Design and build internal applications, automations, and data products across UI, logic, databases, and APIs.
• Prototype and validate solutions with users using AI-assisted coding, low-code tools, and traditional development.
• Collaborate with Data & Integration Engineering to connect apps to governed enterprise/project data.
• Own delivery from discovery through deployment, including testing and documentation.
• Measure adoption and impact, and extend successful tools across teams and regions.
