Job summary

Arcetyp LLC, a growing federal contractor, seeks an experienced FOIA Analyst to support a US Federal Government client. The role focuses on FOIA/Privacy Act, records management, FACA, and Section 508 accessibility compliance, delivering analytics, documentation, and process improvements. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related work, with strong writing and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum three (3) years of professional experience supporting Federal Government programs or related functions.
• Experience with FOIA, records management, information governance, or administrative operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support FOIA and Privacy Act program activities, including records searches and processing.
• Assist with records management, inventories, retention schedules, and lifecycle management.
• Support FACA program activities, meeting coordination, and documentation management.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and management summaries; track action items and milestones.
• Review documents for compliance with information governance and accessibility requirements.
