Qualifications

• Six years of experience processing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
• Knowledge of exemptions b(4), b(5), and b(6).
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and analyze new and backlogged FOIA requests.
• Draft response letters and other FOIA correspondence.
• Coordinate searches for responsive documents.

Skills

Experience processing FOIA requests

Knowledge of FOIA rules and regulations
