Grand Arcade is looking for Customer Service Representative Agents to join their Focus Group studies. This role offers the flexibility to work from home and earn between £55 and £700 per week depending on participation in single or multi-session studies.

Applicants do not require previous customer service experience. Ideal candidates should have a smartphone or computer with a webcam, as well as a high-speed internet connection. Participate in discussions and surveys to provide valuable feedback and earn additional income with the opportunity to try products before they hit the market.

Qualifications

• Desire to participate actively in discussions.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups and Market Research assignments.
• Complete written surveys for each panel.
• Use products/services provided and discuss them before meetings.
