Compensation includes £55-£120 per hour and £250-£700 for multi-session studies. No previous customer service experience required; registration is needed to qualify.

Qualifications

• Must have either a smartphone with working camera or desktop/laptop with webcam.
• Must have access to high speed internet connection.
• Desire to fully participate in one or several topics.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Participate in focus group discussions.
• Complete written surveys provided for each panel.
• Provide honest feedback on products and services.
