South College seeks a Clinical Coordinator – Faculty/Instructor for the Family Nurse Practitioner program. This role manages student readiness for clinical rotations, coordinates with preceptors, and ensures compliance with accreditation and institutional standards.

The position supports practicum education, collaborates with faculty, and serves as a liaison among students, preceptors, and academic leadership in a remote academic setting.

Qualifications

• Requires doctoral nursing degree (DNP or PhD) and active nursing credential.
• Online teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with clinical teaching and preceptorship beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Support practicum readiness and verify preceptor qualifications.
• Provide high-quality instruction in clinical and didactic courses.
• Oversee orientation and ongoing support for practicum faculty.
• Coordinate with program leadership to ensure program outcomes and accreditation standards.
• Communicate effectively with students, preceptors, and staff.
