Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Software Craftsperson experienced with Flutter/Dart to contribute to mobile features in a remote, AI-assisted environment. You will work on Android and iOS apps, applying TDD and modern engineering practices while collaborating with senior engineers to deliver high-quality, maintainable software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience developing mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong experience building Android and iOS applications.
• Experience with state management solutions such as BLoC or Provider.
• Practical experience integrating Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Push Notifications).
• Strong understanding of Git and modern version control practices.
• Familiar with mobile design principles, architectural patterns and development best practices.
• Experience publishing and managing apps through Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Solid experience applying Test-Driven Development (TDD) in production environments.
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive unit, widget and integration tests in Flutter.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with focus on clean code and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver product features and small-to-medium engineering challenges, with support from senior engineers.
• Apply sound technical judgment to produce reliable, maintainable, pragmatic solutions.
• Take increasing ownership of feature-level outcomes and communicate risks early.
• Break down ambiguous work into manageable tasks and identify risks/dependencies.
• Follow an MVP-oriented approach with small, high-quality increments.
• Write clean, test-driven code and continually improve implementations through refactoring.
• Apply software craftsmanship principles to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Understand DevEx and DORA metrics and identify opportunities to simplify systems.
• Consider performance, security, usability and scalability when designing solutions.
• Collaborate transparently with teammates and share learnings.
• Provide constructive feedback and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Use AI as a development collaborator to accelerate design, testing and delivery.
