Job summary

Zekai is seeking a Senior Flight Operations Expert for a remote, contractor engagement (~10 hours per week). Global remote role open to qualified aviation professionals worldwide.

You will review flight ops documentation, provide briefings, assess regulatory compliance (Part 121/135, ICAO), and deliver clear insights to train AI systems. Prior ATPL/CPL and 5+ years of flight operations or dispatcher experience are preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Active or recently held ATPL or CPL with 5+ years in pilot/dispatcher roles.
• Experience briefing instrument approaches and interpreting operational docs.
• Understanding of Part 121, Part 135, and ICAO standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for briefings.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Review real flight operations docs including NOTAMs and weather packages.
• Conduct briefings or identify operational issues with clear rationale.
• Assess planning materials for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Explain hazards or ambiguities in procedures and references.
• Deliver written and verbal briefs to support training objectives.
• Collaborate remotely with coordinators and provide timely feedback.
