Insight is seeking a Fleet Technician for a fully remote W2 role to deploy 12-volt tech in fleet vehicles and undergo installation training. You will provide your own tools and demonstrate troubleshooting skills, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with 12‑volt vehicle technology installation (implied).
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Ability to manage own tools and equipment.
• Physical ability to perform required tasks (standing, sitting, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Deploy 12‑volt technology solutions in fleet vehicles.
• Undergo training for proper installation and use of client hardware and software.
• Provide your own tools (wrenches, sockets, wire cutters/strippers, portable soldering iron, portable drill, etc.).
• Demonstrate competence in troubleshooting, using tools such as a multimeter.
• Stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard; reach, stoop, and kneel.
• Perform light to moderate lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Uphold ability to travel as required.
