Job summary

Lincoln Financial is seeking a Fixed Annuities Associate Wholesaler to promote products to financial professionals in Independent and Wire channels across a defined territory. The role involves sales planning, relationship building, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth product processing from sale to issuance.

You will conduct site visits, develop key partnerships, and drive revenue growth while adhering to company compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of wholesaling experience.
• FINRA Series SIE, 6 and 63 licenses required on hire.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key sales clients to meet sales goals.
• Collaborates with internal teams to ensure proper processing of sold products from sale to issuance.
• Conducts site visits to assigned firms to achieve sales targets.
• Develops and executes sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
• Provides sales support tools and marketing ideas to firms.
