Job summary

American Specialty Health is seeking a Fitness Recruiter to join the Fitness Network Management team. This remote position offers a full-time annual salary of $45,000 to $50,000 and requires delivering recruitment results for fitness centers and studios.

Responsibilities include promoting ASH Fitness networks, coordinating with facilities, and maintaining CRM records. A relevant associate degree and 2 years in sales or healthcare recruiting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma required if no degree.
• 2 years experience in sales, fitness field, health care recruiting, or provider contracting preferred.
• Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, CRM or similar databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with fitness facilities to promote ASH Fitness network options and contracts.
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Negotiate sales, secure membership discounts, and recruit providers.
