Job summary

Offprem, a Salesforce-focused consultancy, is seeking a PM Manager to lead a team of project managers and coordinate with clients. The role blends client-facing work with team leadership, requiring strong communication and a solid understanding of PM tools and Offprem’s methodology.

Remote-friendly and US-wide hiring, with a hybrid work model and emphasis on delivering projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess team and individual growth needs, deficiencies, and opportunities.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools, especially Asana.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and project management methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Project Management team, including weekly 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and enablement for Project Managers.
• Ensure adherence to Offprem’s project methodology and delivery standards.
• Guide project planning, milestones, task tracking, and client communication.
• Foster collaboration within the team and with client project teams.
• Ensure effective use of PM tools (e.g., Asana).
• Support PMs in delivering client-facing services with consistency and professionalism.
• Lead project kickoff calls and manage status communications and budget tracking.
