Job summary

DeweyLearn is seeking a product-minded leader to own end-to-end PM across existing and new verticals and internal tooling. You will partner with the Head of Product to understand problems, validate solutions, and launch offerings that customers actually use.

This hands-on role emphasizes building with agentic tools and collaborating with Customer Success, domain experts, Engineering, and Product Delivery. You will own outcomes, drive adoption, and push for repeatable workflows that scale, while

Qualifications

• Understand the use case with Sales, CS, customers, and domain experts.
• Build the complete solution: configure workflows, prompts, evaluation frameworks, and integrations.
• Validate in real use and iterate with relevant domain and technical owners.
• Launch and drive adoption with onboarding and handover responsibilities.
• Own the outcomes and track adoption, quality, and business impact.
• Make workflows repeatable and feed roadmap input to the Head of Product.

Responsibilities

• Understand the use case: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, customers, and domain experts to identify the problem, current process, and evidence of value.
• Build the complete solution: Configure workflows, prompts, evaluation frameworks, and integrations using existing capabilities and agentic tools.
• Validate in real use: Test full customer or internal workflow against quality criteria and iterate.
• Launch and drive adoption: Coordinate readiness, onboarding, and handover with Product Delivery; enable with Product Marketing.
• Own the outcomes: Track adoption, quality, time to value, and commercial contribution.
