Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from architecture through deployment and monitoring.
• Hand off Ruby runbooks so the next on-call at Energy Solutions Corp sleeps better.
• Translate Tailwind CSS metrics into the chart leadership checks each morning.
• Ship the Tailwind CSS rewrite that pays down years of energy tech debt.
• Defend uptime through the 2 a.m. Winston-Salem pages.
• Ensure code quality through automated linting, testing, and static analysis.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions.
• Tune Terraform caching to survive Winston-Salem launch spike on the same hardware.
• Chase down the Git integration that silently drops events at midnight.
