• Reconcile the freelance schedule against staffing, flexing assignments to keep ratios safe
• Triage walk-in concerns by acuity, escalating gently-demanding cases to the on-call provider without delay
• Read the problem-solving room during family meetings and slow the pace when grief outruns information
• Apply Resilience and Central Line Care to support high-quality clinical outcomes
• Document skin, falls, and restraint checks on the TX-mandated interval, every interval
• Draw labs, run point-of-care testing, and flag abnormal panels to the supervising clinician
