Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in analytics, data science, statistics or related field.
• Experience analyzing data with spreadsheets and translating findings into recommendations.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience handling sensitive or confidential data with discretion.
• Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool or basic SQL is a plus.
• Use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data across the employee lifecycle to identify trends and surface insights for leadership.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate data exploration and enable self-service insights for stakeholders.
• Prototype AI-driven workflow automations for recurring reports and data quality checks.
• Support ad hoc data requests by building dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve dashboard navigation and self-service reporting.
• Collaborate to develop Executive presentations translating data into narratives.
