Job summary

Coinbase Bermuda is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operational functions for the Bermuda entities, including supervision of outsourcing and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will work with regulators, banking partners, and cross-functional teams to drive resilient operations and risk-managed delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services with oversight of operations strategy, outsourcing, and vendor management.
• Experience in regulated financial institutions or investment businesses.
• Track record of developing operational processes and regulator-ready docs.
• Familiar with operational resilience, incident management, business continuity.
• Experience with Bermuda Monetary Authority requirements is a plus.
• Ability to use generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational functions within Coinbase Bermuda and outsourced entities, implement policies, manage SLAs, ensure Bermuda regulatory compliance.
• Build supervision frameworks across business areas to align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Establish operational resilience frameworks, including risk identification and incident coordination.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Regulators, Banking partners, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Security, Finance, Product, CX) to manage operations and risk.
• Support first line of defense activities, including launch assessments and regulatory examinations.
