EEI is looking for a Mission Critical Project Manager to lead commissioning, QA, and performance testing for data centers, healthcare facilities, and other high-reliability environments. You’ll oversee planning, design reviews, testing, and turnover, ensuring budgets, schedules, and resources align with client expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commissioning, project management, building systems, controls, construction, healthcare, or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, controls, and building automation systems.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships across multiple projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead commissioning projects through planning, design, construction, testing, and project closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and overall performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors, design teams, and stakeholders.
• Oversee startup verification, functional tests, integrated systems testing, and troubleshooting.
• Review design documents and sequences of operation to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Mentor and support junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement.
