MetaMask is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own the Prediction Markets experience from concept through launch. You’ll shape how users discover markets, trade, and manage positions, turning complex ideas into clear, compelling interfaces.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering in a remote-first, global team. We value clear craft, user research, and hands-on prototyping, with the freedom to influence a rapidly evolving web3 product.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of product design experience with shipped consumer products.
• Proven track record delivering customer-centric designs that drive outcomes.
• Strong visual and interaction design craft with attention to detail.
• Experience turning complex problems into shipped experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the Prediction Markets experience from early thinking through launch and iteration.
• Define how users discover markets, understand them, trade and manage their positions.
• Make complex ideas like probabilities, liquidity and market mechanics feel clear and easy to understand.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape what we build, not just how it looks.
• Prototype quickly using AI to explore ideas and get to stronger solutions faster.
• Set a high bar for visual and interaction design, and use research and data to keep improving the product.
