Modern Family Law is seeking a hybrid Family Law Associate Attorney for our new Atlanta office. This role offers direct client contact, a low billable-hours environment, and the chance to develop substantive litigation skills early in your career.

The ideal candidate has 0-3 years in Family Law, strong writing/communication, and is admitted to the Georgia State Bar. Compensation ranges with base salary plus benefits, with work-from-anywhere eligibility after 6 months.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of Family Law experience preferred.
• Experience in Family Law; open to litigation candidates.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases (divorce, custody, support).
• Direct client communications, draft legal documents, conduct depositions.
• Appear in court and participate in mediations; manage multiple priorities.
